About Paige
As
a Sales Associate at VENTERRA REALTY, I am versed in urban, mixed-use and historic properties and new construction.
With a background in Urban Planning, I understand the key ingredients to urban real estate specializing in residential properties
in downtown Louisville, Old Louisville, St. Matthews, and the Highlands and in new construction in the East End of Louisville.
Education
In 2005, I graduated
with distinction from the University of Louisville, receiving a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus
in Public Policy and Urban Planning, and I have a BA in History and French. In 2006, I began working for a developer
at the onset of an historic $20 million redevelopment of The Henry Clay, a mixed-use building in downtown Louisville. I previously worked for six years in the international nonprofit
arena. For over four years, I was the previous Executive Director of Sister Cities of Louisville, Inc.
Background
I recently formed my own business Paige Pearman Construction, LLC. (FBE certified). In the coming
weeks, I will be adding more information about this company for those who may be interested in partnering up with me
in the future.
I work closely with my family's business, S&P Framing. I am interested in working with builders
who work with S&P Framing because I value the long-lasting partnerships created through my family's business.
I also work with buyers and sellers in new construction in the Middletown, Anchorage, Prospect and Upper River
